I was not able to locate snare wires using that number on a google search, eBay, or Yamaha's site.

Are the spec's known? If I get a set of Puresound wires for a 15" snare, will they be long enough? Should I get a set for a 16" drum (if they exist)?

Cobalt Blue Yamaha Recording Custom 20b-22b-8-10-12-13-15-16f-18f
Red Ripple '70's Yamaha D-20 20b-12-14f
Piano Black Yamaha Recording Custom Be-Bop kit 18b-10-14f
Snares:
Yamaha COS SDM5; Yamaha Cobalt Blue RC 5-1/2x14; Gretsch round badge WMP; 1972 Ludwig Acrolite; 1978 Ludwig Super Sensitive; Cobalt Blue one-off Montineri; Yamaha Musashi 6.5X13 Oak; cheap 3.5X13 brass piccolo

You can order it through any dealer (I see its still available in the dealer parts system to order) Im affraid I don't know the measurements.

Red Ripple looks killer, but to me Red Pine has something classic and warm going for it.

Ps.

Im at the vintage summit in The Netherlands and saw some extended wires from different brands.

I know the owner of the bin so if you have the size and connection, Maybe I can get them.

I’m not sure of the size because they didn’t come with my drum.

I guess if you asked, and they knew, it’d be a great plan!

I certainly appreciate you thinking of me!

I would prefer Yamaha branded ones; I can get all sorts of Gibraltar stuff locally. And not because they’re “better”, just trying to restore it correctly.
