Wow, that was quick. At least ebay is quick to get rid of the auction. If only they could prevent these auctions before they begin. It will probably just mean more loops to jump through for legitimate sellers.
Ebay scammer is back!!!!!!

It was removed probably due to someone reporting it as a scam. If you don't report it, it stays on.
Thanks for the heads up, and sticksaerobics is the only person I trust on ebay for vintage drums parts at this point.
My vintage P-83 may not be pretty, but is smooth as silk and I can't find the nick yet!! You could see and feel where sticks lovingly restored it and oiled it up. Here is the listing to the one I bought from sticks: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=390026302450). Here is another great one he has up now: http://cgi.ebay.com/60S-SNARE-Ludwig-P-83-STRAINER-P32-BUTT-PLATE_W0QQitemZ390034160564QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVintgae_Drums_Percussion?hash=item390034160564&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50
BTW, I'll post pics soon of my 1964 Supra with the P-83 and excellent Ludwig cord you fine folks helped me fix. I find the cord is much more responsive than plastic strips for some reason. Am I nuts or something?
