Early 60's Rogers in PDP

Early 60's Purple Diamond Pearl from Rogers.Un catalogued color.Notice the bass drum Swivomatic mount for the snare drum.No snare stand required,but,in my opinion,not a very adjustable mount for the drummer.

I like this option...only wish they added 2 more Spurs to the bass drum to balance the weight..

You are VERY right on that.The weight of the snare is just too much for bass the way this is configured!I also find it too low to work for me too.The snare was a separate purchase from the rest of the set,but I was really glad to find it.Glad to have this unusual set in my collection.Thanks to all for the nice comments.Photo from another angle of the snare mount.

Really nice drums! 20" bass? Snare mount is very cool to have. One of my fav colors by far!! Thanks for sharing.

The bass drum is 20"x14",floor tom 16"x16" and mounted tom is 12"x8".Snare is 14"x5". Only negative about this set is the variety of fade from one drum to another.Photos are not good enough to show this because of poor lighting.Doesn't bother me,however,with the rarity of this color though.
