You gotta get that wrap out from under the badge, the badge will clean right up nice !! Try high % alcohol from the store first !! Or nail polish remover !! Nothing abrasive cuz I still see the original color in the back !! Be very very very sure before selecting the gromett, there`s plenty of pics. around here !!

That drum was stripped and stained with a transparent blue stain. The reason it looks greenish, is because it was painted over brown/yellow/gold wood tones. Yellow and blue make green. If you look around the badge, you'll see the pure blue color of the stain that was used. Where the stain overlaps the badge (top and bottom/right side) it turns green because it's over brass... yellow family.
