Another opinion - what a surprise!
What is the condition of the red warp after you clean it up? If not great, replace it. Putting new wrap on the toms may will not totally match the original wrap.
Bottom line. Your drum, choose what you want to live with for years, cause that s how long they will give you pleasure.
That being said, give it some time to track down another bd shell before you do anything else. You have no cost yet, so only time will be invested.
