This bass drum 20x14 came with a kit that had two Ludwig Classic toms 12" Snr.1897991 and 14" Snr. 1898469. No date stamps. 6-ply clear maple. So I date them to be late 78-79The bass drum is missing the B/O badge and with bass drum spurs that are rare..drum has Classic lugs + T-rods. Is this a Ludwig classic 6-ply maple 20x14 bass drum ? I am in doubt...

Yes, this is the 6-ply "Classic" maple bass drum! The Ludwig 1984 catalog shows two different sets, with 20x14 bass drums, with the 1/2" L-1308 arc spurs in the same position as those on your bass drum. Ludwig will no longer install these spurs on 20" bass drums. I wanted these spurs on my 20" Classic Maple bass drum back in 2012 and Ludwig would not install them!

Thanks for confirming that this is a Ludwig Classic maple 20x14 bass drum and for the product number/name of the spurs ..... I will be searching for a spare B/O badge ....18xxxxx, to replace on the bass drum. Thanks, you guys are good.
