Do these drums actually say "Sonor" on them anywhere, or is this some cruel hoax? Those look like Hoshino lugs to me-

thank you guys for the input..

I brought this kit to my son, as you can see him on the pic.. he's studying/playing.. I'm just a fan of drums..

I was searching on sonormuseum at 80's page, but didn't find anything re champion pro..

I'll show up some other pics soon.. the snare is not with the kit.. we had a pearl mirrorchrome and a killerbeat walnut..

There were Champion, Super Champion, Stainless Steel Champion, (rock) and after Phonics were introduced, Champion was still in Percussion for schools (lower budget). There were a few different, series labeled for them. Other pics of these and slightly different one`s are on that site in the forums.
