I just picked up this kit (well actually I got family to pick it up for me as I'm 5hrs away) for $130us. It appears to be a Yamaha YD205 in black willow. There looks to be a bit of work (I've only seen the photos so far) but most of the parts are present. Missing some T's and claws and tension rods for the toms but it seems pretty straight. I love these old Yammys - this will be my 3rd.
I'll update when I get the kit here and follow up as the resto progresses.

You´re lucky that the hardware and snare are included in your purchase! Mine came without and I couldn´t find an "era-correct" Yamaha snare yet.

thanks Lissy. I only have 2 now as I sold the orange kit. It was really similar to the red thunder kit which is in amazing shape so I kept that one.
The hardware looks pretty rough and the hihat stand is a Premier but the first pic was what was shown in the listing so I didn't expect any hardware at all. The snare appears to have been spray painted silver for some unknown reason. I'll be kept busy with this kit.

My latest Star project (the one you´ve replied to!) also keeps me very busy at the moment! But it´s worth every minute I invest!

Great find. This type of lugs doesn't come up often.
The hihat is interesting: it's a Premier 'Lokfast Flat Base' stand. Missing the black rubber plate, which can be bought from UK Prem traders separately. Unfortunately also the 'L-shaped' half wing screw was replaced by a common screw: the genuine one should be also available in UK.
This hihat stand is my fav one. I still don't own one, but I'm still looking for an example (sorry - but it should be in better condition than your's :)).

I'll keep an eye out for a snare for you - you never know. My orange kit had the thicker shells without rings. I still have a spare 13" tom that I picked up at a local estate auction, too.
I'm happy with this sort of project. As long as the wrap can be saved then the rest is just elbow grease and finding parts.
@Ralf - I don't blame you wanting a better example of a Premier hihat stand. This one looks rough but I have a later version (with metal footboard) that needs a couple of parts that this rough one should yeild. I really like the lokfast flat base cymbal stands too.
I have the kit at home now. I'm very pleased too. It's a 20/12/12/16 and 14 sn
The good: The wrap is tight and, apart from a few grazes and bumps, it's undamaged. The edges are good despite hoops and heads off the BD and toms and most of the parts are present. There are no extra holes either.
The not so good: The wrap has faded a bit - the original silver in the wrap is now grey but this seems normal for this finish. The BD hoops are missing the inlay and have been spray painted silver. The BD tom mount is missing the spade and bracket for one of the two rack toms. There are only 2 12" hoops between 2 12" toms, and they've been painted silver too. And the snare drum has also been painted silver. Oh, and there are only 5 BD T-rods and 3 claws.
So I have a few parts to find but it's going to be a very smart kit when it's finished.

Btw, these days (at last!) I stumbled over an almost matching snare for my Yammies (see pic below), and it looks just like the one you´ve got with your kit. The only issues are: The internal muffler is missing and the throw-off is not original. - But I think I can live with that for now.

I saw that one too. It is like the one I have and mine also has a non-original throw-off. They are unusual in that they have a throw and a tensioning knob on the butt end too. I think a replacement muffler would be fairly easy to find.
