Just like a great steak with all the trimmings is standard food satisfaction, so is the classic Ludwig Downbeat in the drum world. A Downbeat Thermogloss kit is the drum set version of that ! ;) Beautiful kit. Nothing like a natural maple finish..

I'm curious about the floor tom as well. Is it stamped 1968? I've never seen a floor tom made that late with a badge in the center location. Just curious. Love seeing that canister!

WFL, that's the way it came... unfortunately, I have no back history.

Several years ago, I saw a 22/13/16 also in Thermogloss finish that was exactly the same (spurs, etc) so, I never thought much more about it.
