The windmill scene is a catalog advertised head from 1929, that's a plus because you have authentic proof of era. It`s exact but the cat. has it flipped the other way.
Here are a few closer of the Bass. This was used in the big bands in our area by my family member.

That bass drum pedal is a work of art.
The Dutch Windmill is also in the 33 catalog but the 29 as well. So the Gold Flake Pearl finish is the earlier one before the Gold Flash finish which yours is not. Big difference there.
the badge also points toward the 1920's.
Well I am glad I didn't put it together and let my son have at it.
Most of the time, the rivets on the pivot points on the quickthrow are replaced, yours are NOT, another good thing.
