Jeff and John, Thanks fo the tips. It has been fun so far, even with the small cuts to my hands. I worked with sheetmetal for 15 years so its nothing new to me. I am not sure wht chemical we are using to strip the glue. My buddy that is helping me does a bunch of restoration and custom builds and has it on hand. I will be sure to let you know what it is and how well it works.

That sounds like a very cool wrap color. These will be fun to watch. All the pics I post are cell phone pics. They are the perfect size for thumbnails here so it's easy for me to do. The quality is sometimes not the best though.

Funny thing at work there's a few boxes of a spray can 3M adhesive remover. I'm going to ask if I can bring it home as it was being thrown in the garbage anyway. If it's any good I can send you guys a few cans if you need some. I'll check it out tomorrow.

Glenn.

Let us know if it works, Glenn. I've been using the 3M 'spray-stripper' and it does the trick alright. Never used the dedicated glue remover though. Curious to see if it does the job.

John

Too many great drums to list here!
