are they re-wrapped?

I have never seen a Hoshino kit wrapped in that finish

either way they are Fun-tastic!!

three Majestic shells I have had for a while

with a newly found and fair matching "Astro" badged floor tom

it was advertised as being new old stock

The wrap matches great the only non matching detail being

the normal in line lug sets on the floor tom rather the offset style used on the others

These Tiger's eye drums have no badges

But they are Pearl made all the way

came with no resonant head so the newer era Pearl head was just handy

All original i had never seen a finish like that either.

I recently scored some MIJ 'Club Date' kits. One is a Raven, and one is Pearl made, both from the 60's, both 20/12/14. Fun kits.

Cool kits! Especially the wrap on the Raven.

Here is my latest find. Thanks to a friend of mine, i brought this little baby home. A few things needed fixing like the tom holder, inlays and i threw on new BD heads to get more bottom end...Yeehaaaw!

It looks like a Walopus wrap.
