The 11-1/2 inch had really bad cracks in the rim that spread in a couple of different directions. I may have made a mistake by cutting out the cracked section. It still sounds good and has a nice wash. I didn’t know there were still Zildjians coming from Turkey in the 1930s. Thanks for the help.

Made by Aram, the same guy who taught Avedis III the craft. It closely resembles an early 1930's type Avedis Zildjian. The bell shape is quite similar for example. And it's interesting to note there's very little in the way of discernible hammering marks. It's seems as if these were hammered with a broad impact hammer using a lighter touch that what's seen on the old K.
I'd love to find one of those someday. Such a cool stamp.
