Rolling Bomber value??

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any idea how much a Slingerland Rolling Bomber kit is worth? I recently got one for very cheap and I can't find any info on what they are actually worth. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here are some rough pics. I haven't done any cleaning or restoration at all yet. I'm having trouble with the snare pic but it's in the same condition as the rest. All the parts are there and working. Thanks!

Yes. I have all the cymbals, stands, thone, pedals, spurs etc. plus the original hardware case and Cymbal bag. Thanks for the sizes. I only have pictures at this point due to the fact that my sister picked the kit up for me and It's still at her house out of state.

Here's my estimate.......

A buttload to the right collector.

A cowbell/block holder like that one went for close to $200 not long ago on ebay. Not that I would separate anything from this outfit, but just as an example of the worth of one small part of the kit.

A totally complete set like that, down to the cymbals, throne, stands, and spurs doesn't come around very often at all.

If the cymbals are old Ks, then it could be not a home run, but a grand slam !!!

Great find, and please keep posting on your progress. There are a lot of top-notch collectors/restorers that hang out here, and could give some great advice on your process.

If I'm preaching to the choir here, please excuse me.... I'm a bit excited !!!

This is a great find, congratulations.... you will have no problem getting top dollar if you get the proper advice and are careful with everything you do to the set while cleaning, or restoring if you choose.

Hell,

I think the cymbals are "Slingerland" stamped. I haven't had a chance to examine them but I'll let you know when I do.
