Thanks Kelly! I know your a big Rogers fan too. It's been a fun project. Still a few misc items to get but nothing huge. Now I'm just enjoying playing them. The Remo's got here in 2 days so that was pretty good service! Thanks again!

Hey Glenn,

Mighty fine job and kit you have. Takes awhile to get it right but worth it. Fabric store will have felt. Any extra will come in handy for the RK lugs :-)

Creighton

Nothing special here but I like them.

Thanks Creighton! I'll check the fabric store for felt strips.

****EDIT to add**** I failed to mention this seems to be the "Playboy" configuration with B&B lugs. No cymbal mount just the tom mount. Later to be named the Louie Bellson "Citation" with the beavertail era drums.

Fak! You did a GREAT job on those Glenn, all bragging rights are legitimately yours. You have to post up a sound file so we can hear them! I know what the snare sounds like, (he-he) but I'd love to hear the other drums you worked on so hard and for so long.

If you can... it would be really cool to hear em. A-1 job buddy! :D

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Great work.. Lot's of patience on your part but you have something really nice to show for your time....

If you have not sorted your felt strip quest out yet, try some 2" elasticised bandage from the Chemist/Drug Store... Don't buy the Donald Duck one...

Cheers

John

Alright, this is the hill I'm gonna die on - the Donald Duck bandages are the best bandages to use for bass drum dampening. They have a warmth and tone that can't be matched by any other material on the planet. Mind Blowi

Funny... Quacked me right up... must be the extra feathers.. Just that the white ones don't show through the head... Of course if that's the look...

Cheers
