also, remember that unless you are really good with finishing wood (sealing the grain, building up finish, sanding between coats, final buff out etc), it will probably not look better than the wrap that is already there. Unless of course, the wrap is f'd...

I would rewrap if anything. Doing a proper paint job is a lot of work..
