another one, definitely pearl white but you'll have to pay to ship it from Canada $150. http://woodstock.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-musical-instruments-drums-percussion-Coronet-drums-for-sale-W0QQAdIdZ515255496

Such a cute pic. Hell if I had one I'd give it to you for nothing. Check ebay as well as google somethign like "coronet" and "drum" and "craigslist".You can search this forum as well for previous threads discussing Coronets.I'll be on the lookout too. Good luck.

Vic,

When you find one, it would be swell if you could post a pic of you now with your new/old kit. Best of luck!

I wish I could remember the brand name of my first kit - it was a slingerland lug-alike kit that I believe the brand name started with a C and was red sparkle. I've been hooked on 20" bass drums ever since!

Nope, that badge isn't right. I think it was oval and 99.9% sure it was RoC made. Thanks for the input though...

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

Vic, here's another WMP Coronet but it's the double lug ones. I'll keep looking for a single lug set...Rich http://halifax.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-musical-instruments-drums-percussion-Vintage-Coronet-Drum-Shell-Pack-W0QQAdIdZ511290736

Hi funkypoodle

I look forward to hearing from you
