It could be a 3000 series since they were produced from 1986 to 1994 and that gives credence to the probable 1991 date.
I will try to get a better photo. Camera phone isn't exactly getting it on film. The stamp reads PAiSTe (The "e" is lower case) The letters "A" and the "T" are slightly higher and the S is slightly lower in the way the placement is in the word. Number underneath reads: 100559 or 100550. It's hard to make out the last numeral so it is either 9 or 0.
