Orphans saved!

Finally got the first outing for my latest projekt. Been a bit finishing the details on them. These are all vintage orphans that were in bad shape. Different brands, Gretsch SSB toms. Ludwig bass is date stamped March 1958. Offered them to people free, but they were so bad nobody wanted them. Pearl mounts, extra holes for import lugs., water damage. Used a bunch of bits I had left over. Wrapped them in Indonesian batik cloth. They were great! Sounded good. Really cleaned my parts closet. People really liked the look. And it saved these classics from the dumpster.....

Gig went well. They want us back regularly as a house jazz band. And the owner wants me to bring this set back.........
