I got this gut snare with a Lud L472 Rock Concert & thought it went on the snare. WRONG-it was too long. So do you expert Ludwig parts guys have any idea what size snare this went on so I can properly list this thing for sale? Too much info welcomed as it helps me learn. Help2
Ludwig parts guys: what size drum would this fit???
I think it would fit a 15" but don't quote me on that! As you mentioned in another thread, that unfortunately there is no part number stamped on the component, it may be a bit challenging to accurately identify it.
However, I think an important thing is to illustrate and describe the length when you go to sell it... that photo goes a long way to ensure the next buyer knows what they are getting as it clearly depicts how long it is along side the tape measure.
Thanks Hoppy. Was thinking the same as the 14 inch L1110 I had to buy (for 90 sticker-shock bucks) is nearly 16 1/2 inches total length. I see online Lone Star is showing it as an L1105, again, for $90. Think anyone has interest in this? If the big guys are listing for $90, I'd like to make a few bucks on this too.
Your thoughts? Dean
Could that go on a Super Sensitive?

I'm sure eventually it will move, but you may have to market it towards a marcher/parade drum player, but Reverb and eBay can reach any drummer. Your pricing may depend on how quick you want it to move... more aggressive pricing may move a buyer to your L1105 versus going for a new one, but what that figure is I don't really know. I would do a search for sold items on eBay to get a better idea. Best of luck with the sale.

Thanks Hoppy. If you care to look in, I'll have this listed on the bay later today. I've already got the P-87 on but it is for parts only. d.
