Picked up this little Star. 16x10 BD,10x3.5 snare and 9x5 tom. Cleaned up this'd make a nice little kit for the youngster.
Little Blue Onyx Star
a few more pics. It's missing the rod for the bass mount cymbal stand and the top half of the straight cymbal stand, and the bass drum pedal strap.
Wow, beautiful wrap! It looks like it should clean up nicely and any young beginner would be thrilled to have it.
Sweet little kit...Nice find Olimpass!!
Cheers

Agreed, very nice color...very rare!!
That's a cool kit and the first pint sized version I've seen....are there many out there?
You have no idea how absolutely RARE this kit is. Not only was it not a popular kit in it's day, but to see one making it through to this day is an absolute miracle!

Yeah, I'm pretty jealous. I have been looking for something like this for my niece and nephew. They are the perfect ages for a set like this (6 and 3.) That is a beautiful wrap!
I believe this is the catalog page for this kit, although I would not swear to it. Please look it over carefully and make your own decision.

BTW, I would LOVE to have the cowbell and wood block to complete my own kit...
