Right now the top thin one is good to go, it`s got a good tap and chick sound, the heavier one is clangy, I have not put them on a stand yet but I`ll let you know soon.

So it`s not gonna work out, The thick big bell is too much.

But I got a decent sounding 12" I don`t know what I`ll do with yet.

Maybe the big bell can keep time another way as a clock. I always wanted to build a cymbal clock.

Put some rivets in it...

My late 60`s crash had rivets, I took them out. I don`t like frog cymbals.

You did land me an idea !

I`m gonna find a gong clock, take it`s parts and if I get felts in between the clockworks and wall mount, it`ll ring. Plus the felts can bring it out the bell a bit. Wont happen anytime soon but it`ll happen. I`m gonna keep the small bell for,...i dunno...yet.

Or cut it even smaller- keep the ring (if you can), drill a single hole and whack it and spin it. That sounds cool.

The bell can be, well, a bell. I have a RanCan (affectionately called the "ash tray") that'll cut through the tallest Marshall stacks with ease...
