Howdy - Did anyone else receive an invitation to participate in a class action suit against ebay?

I did! I got a notice from the attorney handling the case informing me that I have been included in the lawsuit. I don't care if it's only one dollar that I get back from them, I want my money back!

I'm in! Those blood suckers and their unreasonable fees is why I left ebay even with over 200 transactions and a 100% customer rating to my credit. Now the courts are going to make them pay back those stolen fees.

Class action lawsuits don't profit anyone but attorneys. If you're not happy with eBay's fees, DON'T USE eBay!!!

I'm curious as to what grounds this lawsuit has. You agree to be charged fees for selling, as well as listing and shipping. What don't people understand about that? If there is a deception in some matter I might see the point, but as I said, the most money being made is by the attorneys.

I was part of a class action against AT&T. They sent out a new billing statement, that if read left to right, as most of us 'Mericans do, the first amount you saw was the Late Payment, the amount to the right was the amount due. Some whiner didn't read their bill and figure it out, so an attorney got involved and filed a class action suit. How much did I get? Less than $3.00. Stuff like this irritates me to no end.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

Just read some of the settlement stuff. Attorney fee's are 25% of the settlement. So the attorneys get 25% and then the rest goes to the persons who MAY be eligible.

If it smells like poop, it probably is....
