Well, this is all too confusing and pointless as far as I'm concerned. I don't care which city each drum may or may not have been made in or if older tags were put on newer drums. All I know is, I have a beautiful American made Rogers kit that looks and sounds fantastic. That's good enough for me.

Exactly. If you are happy, that is all that matters. The tag/drum issue only comes up if you try to sell it the drums to someone that knows the history of Rogers. The details might not be important to you, but, it will be important to a Rogers collector. Play those bad boys and have fun.
