Greetings, up date on the criminal investigation drummaker Andy Foote. I just filed a formal complaint against Mr.Foote to the Division of Consumer Affairs, 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, Tn. 37243-0600, phone nashville only 800-342-8385, out of town 615-532-4994 web-site www.tn.gov-/consumer. They are very aware of Mr. Foote and they have had just a few successful ree-funds that he has honored. The representative at Consumer affairs discused all the complaints in detail and it was determined the patern was clear, he does not credit back on canceled orders no matter how long you have waited and his service is sub standard 3/4 of the time with no communication. Better Business Bureau Nashville Tn was not as kind as Consumer affairs, Mr Foote dosen't like to talk with BBB. Once again the representative was kind enough to discuss the complaints and most are serious with the same disturbing patern of no refunds, serious lack of communication and just can't seem to get product out the door in a reasonable time. BBB has him at the lowest rateing of "F" and the math on the number of complaints puts him at or about 90% failure raite in my opinion. After spending the entire morning e-mailing and talking with these people one thing that bothers me more than anything else is the practice of not returning customers money, this is criminal. Holliwood is spot on! The process is the same with most banks. Walk into one of your branch banks and ask the teller to pull your account, this will allow them to view and prove the transaction took place and they will ask you if you received the item you ordered. If you paide and never received they will cancell your debit or credit card there on the spot and isue you a new one that takes about a week and ask for a temporary card to use while you waite. centralized fraud claims now opens a case against the individual and Now in the hands of the bank, they will investigate and have funds ree-deposited back into anothere account and the bank now credits you back. The person or business gets the bang against them and goes into documentation for public record. Your bank may ask you to sign a dispute document. every one haveing fun yet!

My head is spinning from all this! I've also started posts about Andy, under another category. That was quite some time ago. I count myself lucky that I actually received the custom 4x14 BR snare shell he made for me! Took quite some time, but did show up. Still, I'm now hesitant to order anything from Andy.

I ordered a custom-made 4x14 shell with re-rings from Andy, earlier this year. Andy was quick to give me a quote and a few follow-ups. After that, NO communications for more than a month! Finally, I received my wrapped shell. Excellent craftsmanship! Sent pictures of the finished drum to Andy, but never received any comments from him! Never had any issues up until now, and I've been doing business with him for years.I understand about personal issues, floods, etc. BUT... communication is where it's at and Andy has been making too many excuses lately. I won't be ordering from him for the foreseeable future.Mark

I too have had issues with drummaker.com. I ordered parts in June and it took 2 months to get a partial order. He swore a refund for the parts not delivered was issued but nothing on my credit card. He can't be trusted no matter what he claims his story is. I have found another supply house online but haven't used them yet - drumfactorydirect.com. They are in Pittsburg PA.

All the issues with Andy and Drummaker has been an ongoing topic in different sections of VDF. I don't quite exactly understand what's changed, as I NEVER had any issues with Andy until this year.
I'd love to go back to Honolulu!

I ordered a 13" snare drum case two months ago. After not receiving it for 3 weeks, I emailed him. He asked if I would consider a 14" instead. I said no, that I wanted a 13". He said ok. I haven't heard anything since, and he stopped replying to emails. After 8 weeks passed, I filed a challenge through my credit card. I'll let you know if I get a refund.
Someone over in drumforum.org mentioned that they recently received a coupon from drummaker, advertising. While I understand and am sorry that good people sometimes have problems, he shouldn't be collecting money for orders he cannot fill, and certainly shouldn't be advertising. His website is still up and still taking orders. I should have checked on the forums before ordering.

Greetings all, time to up date my on going criminal investigation against drummaker.co-Andy Foote. It is now 137 days from the time I PLACED MY ORIGINAL ORDER FROM THIS CROOK AND STILL NO REPLY OR CREDIT BACK. Keep up the good work guys, we need to here from more of you who have either lost hope or just didn't know how to get your voice herd on this person. I believe there are many-many-many more people out there who have placed orders and over time just fell threw the cracks and never received there order or a credit back or in my case both and I am willing to bet they are younger individuals who just didn't know how to handle this type of fraud or where to go with it. Step up people, let your voice be herd, use the information provided, there will be a change, "I guaranty it". As far as his coupons, "UG"#--*- "DU"*--# are you sure you didn't mean " FUNNY MONEY", please read the fine print before you allow yourself to get screwed CATION-USE AT OWN RISK. Coupon, bet you he printed it on flash paper, dosen't matter what the next gimick is, he can't follow threw.
