Nuthin on this??
KK.
I ordered anyway.
I'll let you guys know how it goes.;)
Am almost $400 dollars down and over two and half months from a revised order (five months from initial order) I've still received nothing from Drummaker. Have lots of unplayable and unsaleable drums as a result.
Steer clear.
ouch. sorry to hear all of this..

That's TOTAL BS, even on a back order.
Phone em. RELENTLESSLY.
No excuse for that.
Be a pest. They owe you big time.
If yer close enuf, pay em a visit if they have a store
Bear in mind timezones....their working day is my night-time. I've rung a few times and sent endless emails. Giving 'em/him one last chance - there are fairly effective appeal processes on foreign credit card sales though the process is slow.
But I don't want to do that - I just want the stuff (quickly).

Cancel your order on your credit card end.
It will create a flag in the system. A black mark on drummakers record so to speak.
if enuf accrue, they will not be able to make cc transactions any more.
Replace your order with drumfactorydirect if they have what you need. They are very fast and NO BS.
all the claims of tough market, and bad employees and natural disasters are a fact of business.
They happen to everyone.
Bottom line: if you can't do honest business, look after your current and future customers in a timely fashion and still make a buck, it's time for you to get out of the business.
That's basic economics.
When a customer places an order with you, that's a sign of trust.
That person sent you money(in good faith). They invested their time and effort in you.
You OWE them honesty and consideration.
If you can't do that, you are a prick and deserve to be prosecuted for dishonesty and go under.
No loss to the drumming community.
p.s. sorry for the rant. this kinda stuff makes my blood boil.
Absolutely. I'm a sole trader and I've had a bunch of family crises the past nine months. You don't take on new business you know you can't fulfill. Plays merry hell with your liquidity but you work through it.
I was waiting to see if there was an email waiting for me this morning. Nothing. Bank say I've got a very strong case so I'll start the process today.
Precision Drum have always done right by me so I think I'll go there.....if not for the momentary lure of reduced shipping to Australia, I would've gone there in the first place.
Greetings all, I up dated my criminal investigation information against drummaker Andy Foote this morning under - major delays with drummaker.com-Andy Foote. hope you read it. I am now at 125 days since I placed the original order and still no credit back or even a e-mail from Mr. Foote. I have provided both Better Business Bureau in Nashville Tn and Federal Trade Commision contact information in the up date investigation for any one who may need it. Both agencies were given this web-site information and I will continue to monitor there feed back. Stay tuned, more to come, thanks.
