That particular serial number is post Niles early 90's (probably imports). Rich is right, pictures or more info needed.

Very eye-catching. Replacement BD hoops? I thought that vintage had the matching pearl inlay. Chrome looks real good though.

"Jet Outfit" is typically an 18" BD. You probably have a 20" chrome floor tom hoop and you need a 20" wood bass drum hoop.

Looks like the pre set-o-matic double tom holder. Correct for '65. Original '65 floor tom legs are straight with push button mounts. Neat kit.
