Looks too good to be a re-wrap. Look at the perfectness of the badges....if it is a re-wrap, it's spot on.

Another sacrificial lamb to pay bills. I believe this is a Intermediate Stamp 1959-1966. Weighs in at approx. 2170 grams, missing one original rivet....

I would recommend Novus 1 for light cleaning of plastic wraps.
