That's early 1930's.

And that wouldn't be a swish cymbal because swish cymbals had holes for rivets.

They also said ""Swish cymbal" right in the trademark where the words "Turkish Cymbals" normally are.

Looks to me like it could be the rarely seen "Squash Cymbal".

That would be one that somebody sat on.
