Show Off Your Silver Sparkle

Poor pic from long ago. My '63 kit is more of a "pewter" but still silver glass. (Starlight sparkle snare in pic).

We have cousins with very similar fade. My Top Hat set has labels that date the drums to 1966. The 1966 Luxor snare is just a tiny bit lighter in color. The lighting and paint color of the room make the drum set look sorta like champagne. But the small picture taken on my patio is much more accurate for the drum color

Didn't you already showoff that kit earlier in this thread?

Can we ever show off our drums too much? Maybe, if I sold or traded away yesterday's drums for today's drums that I sold or traded away tomorrow for different drums, I wouldn't post pictures of the same set twice in a long discussion thread.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

All I have in silver sparkle is this canister throne.

Stop stringing and tuning your instrument, make music now.

Rogers 13-16-22 w/3 ply dyna. All Cleveland. Very loud. Ha.Dave

Gorgeous kit. I've seen it in archive if I'm not mistaken. That is the most 12 looking 13 I've ever seen. When did Dynasonics move from 3 to 5 ply shells?
