Ludwig Hollywood

Loading...

Ok, you guys know about my obsession for trading kits. I was offered this 1967 Ludwig Hollywood kit in a silver sparkle finish for my Rogers. It's really clean and original. He'll also trade a 1968 supra for my Ludwig Classic Maple bop snare to complete the deal.

I'm tempted because I love Ludwig.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

No, I'd keep them together.

Ya, you win the boobie prize!

Btw, he's trading me a mint condition 1968 Supraphonic for my Ludwig Classic Maple snare, that pretty much sealed the deal.

Until the next deal. I'm anxious to see what that one is in the next few days.

Well, to tell you the truth, I bought this kit with the intention of selling or trading, I knew it would eventually appeal to someone with a nice Ludwig, I told you, I have a soft spot for Ludwig. The silver sparkle finish is one of my favorites. This is what keeps me busy while I'm not gigging. Hopefully I'll start gigging soon and it will be at least a year before I get the itch again.

I had kept the black oyster pearl Ludwig for almost a year before selling it.
