Hey dde - just to clarify, that`s a professional pedal, designed and manufactured to look and operate that way. If you check old drum catalogs you can see all kinds of interesting and outrageous designs for these reversed pedals. This one was new to me- it`s a company called "Orange" and says made in France. Me thinks it is quite a rarity.
