What info dost thou require? Maybe we can beanball this one.
Try this website. They are zip files so you'll need a program like winzip to unzip them but.....still cool. The 1951 catalog is the only one that has any marching drums in them on this site anyway.

Thanks guys.... just anything about Slingy marching drums, Mcjnic, especially cat. pages ( Thanks Ludwig-dude ) and pics. I have a couple of candidates for resto. but no actual pics to guide me. I need info on hardware, ply config, finishes, etc. etc.
Thanks guys, and to everyone that's gonna chime in as well...
Still looking for any more info..... pics of Slingerland marching drums...catalog pages etc. etc.
Thanks all...
OK Kevins,
Here are some photos of my 1930s? Cloud badge 10x14 mahogany Marching Snare. It came with the original calf skin heads with wooden skin hoops (not on the drum now). I shot these photos just for this thread so K you “owe me one”.
There is an ink stamped M inside, that I understand indicates mahogany. Sorry I had to leave the leather boot lace that keeps the strainer lug from being pulled to far toward the strainer and help keeps the tension tight on the strainer. This is my players snare and it has held up just fine for the decade I’ve been performing with it.
Hope this helps a little.
Thanks very much 510... !!
Is it 3-ply Mahog/Pop/Mahog ??
