I decided to grab a stand out of my basement to temporarily hang the toms and get a pic of them 98% finished. I'm still waiting on the mini screws for the badges, and I either need to cut or order the inlay strips to finish. Also shown is the 18" A. Zildjian Thin Crash I got with the set ($327, including tax!!!!).
I'm finishing for my music room.....that's why these are in my living room. Don't have cases yet and don't want drywall dust covering them.

After 3 tries, I got the perfect sized mini screws. I need to finish the toms, but the badge is on the bass.
Also got my inlays from Precision.
Found a couple of earlier MIJ Pearl maple concert toms to add to this.
Here's a pic of the pair as I got them, and after they've been rewrapped. Ordered newer 2.3mm hoops, the ones that came on them are pretty trashed.

Great work! I saw that kit on music go round a while back....wanted it but didn't live anywhere close to the local store selling it. Very cool that is is a USA made Pearl kit....it has to be pretty rare I would think!
