I've never been a big fan of BDP...except when it's Slingerland's large-chip BDP! Beautiful drums!Mark

Thanks Mark.

I've never heard the wrap described as large chip BDP.

Interesting.

My 1965 Slingerland Hollywood Ace in the sun! Normally the color is so dark that in a regular lit up room it almost appears black. In fact it's the dark dark blue from that era with strange purpleness that shows up in bright sunlight.

And 4 more kits I no longer own. Should have kept them all!1975 BR 80N in Sparkling Red Pearl1968-69 Joe Cusatis 4N1966-67 Jet. I added the Setomatic holder1982-83 Artist J5-Mark

I saw that 4N blue wave set at Williams Drum Studio in Pottsville PA in their front window in about 1970. Thought I was gonna die! Went home to my lousy Zim-gar blue sparkle with MIJ cymbals. Couldn't look at it for 2 weeks! Thanks for sharing. Dean flower
