Good to see all the RK's. My marble one's have kept me from from buying a lot of other sets!

Here's two I don't have anymore. The dbl bass pic is from '72. That's dbl 24" chrome Slingy's. And the other's from a few years ago. One I shoulda kept.......

Almost forgot- sold the white set to a studio in LA. They did this video less then two weeks after buying the. Even left the gaffa tape on where I had it! [ame]https://youtu.be/8RqGfaqjshE[/ame]

Commander cool SV kit! Those have to be pretty rare I'd think too.

Thanks, FFR. It's a fun little kit. I have owned them since new. Used to gig with them in the early 70's. (Yes, I'm an old codger)

Mark,

Beautiful drums, I really am in love with your Modern Solo 2R. Maybe one day my orange ones will come...

Just arrived - 1963 Gene Krupa configuration with matching student snare. The drums originally came as a 3-piece, and was lucky to find the matching black diamond pearl snare one week later. All drums dated May 1963!

They're my first time Slingerlands . . . got some serious mojo, the finish is truly amazing, and can't wait to gig them!

Note the double lug sets on the 12''drum

yet all three shells are stamped feb. 1966

The pic was taken before all tension rods were restored

The bass drum had only one original hoop when found

so a pair of silver sparkle MIJ hoops are standing in for now

I'm surprised that I haven't posted these here, but they exist elsewhere on the forum. I also have a the same configuration (50N) in black diamond pearl and chrome, but I haven't photographed those yet. Anyway ...
