What to do with the edges on these shells? They are 45 degree on the inside and come up to almost a sharp point with not much profile on the outside. Plan is to use my sanding table to level out the shell, flatten it sort of speak, creating a 1/16" or so flat spot on top. Then use a 1/8" round over bit on the outside, a nice smooth transition from the round over to the 45 degree profile. What do you experts think, am I on the right path?
