Bolero (Stainless Steel Drums) ..?

Weird,

But I picked up some drums..

Snare drums ..14"x5"

Rack Tom 12" s/s

Flr Tom 14" s/s

Bass 20" s/s with die cast steel hoops..!

Are these steel shells..?

Magnet does stick to the shells,lugs,hoops,

Also, funny but the lugs look exactly like Ludwig lugs..

Also came with some awesome cymbals..lolol.

Please help with info..

The Bollero badge is on the snare ...and a very small portion in on the Tom,,,

What's left on the Tom, matches the snare...So it's a Bolero kit...

But complete steel shells...? Really..?

I'm wondering if this was a kit made in someone's shop. Seems strange to me any MIJ company would have had access to SS shells and Ludwig Hardware. Found this article and it lists only a few companies that made SS drums back in the day.
