These are really cool, especially with the snare. I'd like to get a SS kit someday. I made an effort to bring a Sonor SS kit to the US earlier in the year. This has inspired me to pursue it again.

The edges look like a very tightly rolled edge. I think Ludwig used a 45 flange.

What is your opinion of the sound of these, head choices, etc...

The edges look like there rolled....

There's also a seam weld..

Fairly heavy shells..

I will reskin later this week..(the orig heads are done)..

And polish up for its photo session..lol
