That's a beauty JCC. My Camcos have extra holes as well but I don't mind. Not every day you have the chance to own/play Camcos.

thank you kind sir!

To everyone reading the thread,

Everything you have ever heard about Camco drums is true. They are outstanding drums in every way. Quality hardware, shells and a sound that is out of this world. Im so lucky I found these, and just two mile from my house to boot.

Thank you!

Sorry guys, I had to come back one more time to say THESE DRUMS SOUND AWESOME!!!!!Tuned them up this morning, used the snare drum my daughter gave me for Christmas (it sound awesome too) and brought up a hihat with the Zilco hats that came with the Camco's. I wanted to do a pic with all of the cymbals that came with it, there was some cool one's. But for now I just grabbed my Sabian ride cymbal so I could play them. Thanks again for all the replies! Next up, a Slingy kit.

Went back and through the whole thread. What a superb job you did. Now that set is something to be proud of !!! Beautiful ! Now if I can just find a Camco silver sparkle floor tom I can complete my set.

thanks Tim, there was a silver sparkle shell on ebay a while ago, drilled for the tuxedo lugs, otherwise i would have considered it myself. You have a 20" bass drum and 12" tom?

Thank you!

Sounds sweet Tim!

You know, that wrap I bought off ebay was supposed to be off a Gretsch snare drum. I was lucky that it had ginger-ale'd exactly as my kit did, a perfect match, pretty amazing I think. It cost me 27.00 but worth every penny. Good luck on the hunt for a Camco floor tom, and I do mean good luck, Im not being sarcastic.

Thank you!

That wrap did match perfect. I can't believe how great that came out. That is a fine looking set you now have. And nice of Roger to help you out. He helped me get my bass drum and tom finished up. I have some issues with the bass that still need resolving, but it looks so much better and sounds great too. I keep them in my studio as my recording set. I used to take them out and gig them quite a bit.
