Bev Bevan of ELO had a white Premier with lots of concert toms. Kit was some time ago for sale (if I recall correctly and didn't overread his name here).

Just on Status Quo.... Last year they did a long running TV promotion for "Coles" Supermarkets (one of the 2 monopoly food chains in OZ).. Due to the saturation of this Ad, I think it is fair to say that we all had more than an overdose of Quo downunder...

However, as one of the headline acts at Bluesfest last year (and I am talking Major International acts)... It was without question, QUO that stole the show...

Here's a clip that many of you would not have seen...

Cheers

John

From al9000

That's not Phil Rudd in the video. Some googling reveals that it's Bob Richards of Shogun.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDqUy5hvkOYPhil is not present in current band photos on the AC/DC website.Al

Just shows how much I know about AC/DC....

John Maher has actually just become a member of the Premier Drums and Percussion group on Facebook, and shown his renovations of some nice Premier kits.

Nice bloke too!

Great list!

Someone is bound to chime in that the new AC/DC drummer on a Premier Elite isn't Phil Rudd, but Bob Richards. Might as well be me! :-)

You're right, Posterboy. I misread 'PR' on his Premier Fronthead but it's 'BR' in fact.
