How many famous Premier Rock players can you name?

From Ludwig-dude

I know he played a Gretsch kit briefly, but that was after the silver sparkle Ludwig kit used at Pompeii. Prior to the silver sparkle Ludwig kit and the clear Fibes kit, Mason played a "champagne" sparkle Premier kit. First a single bass, then a double bass kit.

Now Phil Rudd from AC/DC can be added to the list - on a vintage Premier!

Steven Jo Bladd of J. Geils Band played a Rogers Big R N.England White concert tom set during their heyday. And...is that Phil Rudd in the video?

That's not Phil Rudd in the video. Some googling reveals that it's Bob Richards of Shogun.

Phil is not present in current band photos on the AC/DC website.

John "Jabo" Starks and James Brown drummers period during the J.B.'s era ('71-'74) played Premier kits. At least at live shows. Not traditional rock, but not too far off either (although JB drummers rarely used toms).

The most gratifying thing about these guys playing Premier drum, Blair, is how many had to install Swivomatic hardware on them. :D
