From longjohn

Temporary key would best be a flat piece of steel ( modified nail file or something), Rather than a flared screwdriver which may do some damage by slipping from the slot...CheersJohn

Thank you John. Thats just the kind of thing im concerned about. Think ill look around the garage and see if i can come up with something.

The ole butter knife thing. I don`t use a screwdriver because of slip. I have the key.

Wouldn't happen to have an extra one by any chance?

I use a quarter or nickel with mine. That is a top of the line Premier floor Tom, either a Projector or Resonator. Look inside and if you can't see the screws for the lugs and just smooth wood it is a Resonator. The flagship of Premier drums at the time. If you can see the screws for the lugs it is probably a Projector series. They are the same shells. One has a thin wood insert and the other doesn't. Clean that beauty up. The chrome should really shine up well. Those are die cast hoops too. Just the hoops are worth $40 to $50 each. That is one of the best sounding floor toms you could ask for. Dark wood is real African Mahogany, light is probably birch. Probably has birch rerings.

Bid away Robyn.

There's like four on the Bay different shaped ones.
