Looking at your pic I don't see any pitting. If there's like NONE then it's almost certainly not aluminum. Possible, but as likely as an unpitted Ludalloy Supra.
Your drum is stock and correct. Square-head rods, tri-flange hoops, that handsome strainer that too easily disengages (ah, reminds me of meself as a lad...). Great drum.
Here's mine (now sold). I painted the burgundy harlequins with Fusion paint. Tough finish, excellent bond to plastic wrap. Stock tom mount was a major tone-robber.
