1950 Ludwig & Ludwig Deluxe

Loading...

Hola Amigos,

I'm finally posting a pic of this beauty of a snare that I scored on a few months back. She's a 1950 Ludwig & Ludwig Deluxe Snare in beautifully aged WMP wrap. She matches my '49 Leedy kit perfectly and sounds fantastico!

Thanks, Fellas. She sure does sound sweet and super warm. Best part is that I scored it for $100! She's missing the original strainer, but I'm using a modified P83 for now (had 2 holes for it already). One of these days I'll find the original strainer, or have AK make me one when I have the dough.
