Hi Guys,

I have finally taken pics of my kit and here they are. i only replaced the heads and gave them a bit of a clean, nothing major. the kit was in excellent condition and sounds very nice. i was wondering if it was a customer order for a lefty? the cymbal mount and tom ount dont sit right for a right handed player. i have had to swap heads around for the spurs to face the right way. any help will be greatly appreciated. i havent taken any photo's of snare yet, but i cleaned it up and it looks and sounds very nice...when cleaniing it, i used brasso and had a cloth with brasso and one without. i found the stamp on shell that said feb 1966 and i stupidly wiped over it with the cloth with brasso!!!!!! i will never, ever clean kit when talking to people or after a sleep deprived night due to new born child!...

When you create or reply to a thread, scroll down below the box where you type in the information...You will see a box entitled Manage Attachments...Click on that and upload your pics...There are size restrictions, so you may have to resize your pics first...

PASTED FROM ANOTHER THREAD.....AND STRANGELY ENOUGH MY ENTRY HERE FOLLOWS THE SAME FELLOW IT DID ON THAT THREAD!

Left click on the file, OPEN WITH-----> Microsoft Office Picture Manager if you have it, Click on PICTURE----COMPRESS PICTURE. I usually select DOCUMENT------hit OK. Next, do a SAVE AS and name it......I usually put COMP in the name of the file to remind myself that it is compressed.

If you find that after that the file is STILL too big for this site to accept, then you can go back and CROP the picture before you compress it....and the end result will be a file of smaller size.

Hope this helps. If you have any other question, be sure to contact us. The HELP DESK is open M-F 8AM to 8PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM.Closed on Sundays. Thank you for choosing VDF! Have a great day. Goodbye

Just to be sure - wanted to comment that this last bit is a joke.....not really anybody taking calls at some help desk to help drummers post on their forum - but we are all here to help ya! You see - we have a vested interest! I want to see those pics too - and I predict you will have much to offer this forum and very much welcome you!
