WOW JEFF!

That tom looks fab! I'm a sucker for weird wraps, and that one is making my lip quiver!

Ooh...not really a "bowling ball" wrap afterall! That looks more like the original version of the Red Oyster Pearl, and sweet as honey. Kleening up nicely, I think you may well have found a keeper. Your bandmates are love the fact they now get to play flat out at "11" once you open those girls up!

You crack me up! Guys like you keep this formn fun. I am glad to hear the kit doesnt resemble a bowling ball. I have been waiting for a cool wrap, have had red and blue sparkles but never anything like tis one. Other than my 67 clubdates with SBP wrap the oyster red is just nothing but cool. Now if I cuold just get a band going, preferably a blues band.

Thank you,

Jeff C

Just one...or is it two...word(s) CraigsList! Just pop an ad up and viola, all your gear will be gone before the first practice is up!....jk. I know that a lot of guys around here use it to locate new players, so have a look at it and see what you can find.

i had the same kit i bought as parts of a LOT sale. i posted pics and asked questions on here, and there has been some talk about these kits in the past. so you can look up the info if you want.

i bought the lot to make money and i only liked the diamond cut lugs on it. never seen them before. some guy from l.a. came out and bought a whole bunch of stuff from me incl the kit. he sold it all on ebay and didn't make his money back.

the kit was pieced out and i don't think any sold, so you might wanna keep your eyes peeled just in case they pop up again. mine was a 12,13 and 20. i don't recall a floor but it might of had one.

and there's a guitar/drum shop in san diego with one tom just like this kit for sale. they also sell on ebay and odds are its still for sale because i still see it on their site. i don't recall what site it was.

Got the snare drum finished up tonight. I need to figure out how to make better pictures, they just never show the real beauty. But here it is anyway. Off to start on the base drum.

Thank you
