that price is crazy but looks like it has unusual lugs. Looks like stamped steel zephyr lugs. Probably pre dates t he cast ones.

I've got six drums with those stamped lugs.

I've never heard of or seen a cast Zephyr lug?

Anyone got a pic, I'm curious?
