Been searching for one of these kits for ages and At last I just got this President in black oyster pearl today. it has the original bass drum front skin and cymbal arm but the front bass drum rods and claws not original (any help please)

bass drum 22x14, floor 16x16,rack 13x9. no matching snare as yet (any help please)

not sure of the year..guess mid to late 60's??

any other info much appreciated and thanks

Wow... I never liked black drums much, but in this case, I might make an exception. This is one of the cooolest wraps I've ever seen. Real slick.

I think it's a later one,as the lugs are different then the mid 60's kit I had............

I have a metal 8 lug President snare ,along with the top of line Rapid hi hat stand/snare stand/foot pedal!

Hey Diamond,Your set would be from late 1969 to 1971 or so.The lugs are copys of Zickos drums made in the U.S. in 1970's on.Post a photo of the T-rods and claws i may have 8 sets of them...Mikey
