I did a straight trade recently for a 6.5x14 Camco snare. In my 15 years of collecting Camco drums I've never seen a 6.5x14. I got a call from a friend of mine that has a friend in need of a snare drum lug for a Camco drum and tells me it's a 6.5x14. So I called the guy up and told him I have a very clean part but I'm actually interested in your drum. So I met with him and brought along a 1920's Leedy 5x14 solid shell in blk lacquer (refinish), 1958 5.5x14 Leedy Shelly Manne Model in red/brown duco (old refinish), 1950's Gretsch RB 6.5x14 16 lug snare in silver sparkle and a 2008 George Way (Dunnett) 6.5x14 in BDP. He decided on the Gretsch.
